Returnable Items
Items meeting the following conditions are eligible for return:

The item remains in brand new, unused condition;
The item retains its original packaging, labels, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
Items in the following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

The item’s packaging is missing or severely damaged;
The item has affected its resale value;
Damage or wear caused by the customer’s personal reasons;
Applications submitted after the return period.
Special Note: Items that have been used, opened, or are in a condition that affects resale or cannot be restored to brand new condition are not eligible for return, and we reserve the right to refuse such return applications. Return Shipping Costs – Products with Quality Issues
If the product is verified to have quality issues, was sent the wrong item, or was damaged during shipping, the return shipping costs will be borne by FRESH DINING LLC. Customers must contact customer service first and obtain return authorization.
Products without Quality Issues
If a return is requested due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size, change of purchase intention, etc.), the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. Shipping costs incurred on the original order (if any) are generally non-refundable.
Refund Process

Refund Time
