Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity in accordance with applicable laws and respond within the legally mandated timeframe.
Personal Information Retention Period
Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
For data related to orders, payments, logistics, after-sales service, and taxes, we will retain it for 7 years after order completion (including refunds, returns, or the end of after-sales service) to meet tax, financial audit, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and business record keeping requirements.
Upon reaching the above retention period, we will securely delete, destroy, or anonymize the relevant personal information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
